my payouts are on hold two months now ! what should i do ? should i solve this by myself ?

Have you been provided with an option to upload documents, or does your banner say that you need to contact support?

  • If an upload option is available - Please upload all requested documents. Once complete, your documents will be reviewed by our Banking Partners within 1-3 business days.

The banner says to contact Support So I need to contact them but how ?

I tried to search for the solution in the support platform but it's not
working, I need someone to check my payout account and send me either i
need to put other documents or validated for me to receive my payouts.
In my shopify account there is no information related to this they put you
need to contact the support.

I'm afraid we can not provide account-specific support from the Community. It will require that you reach out to our support through the help centre as that will be the only way to authenticate your account. 

After clicking the link in my previous reply, what happens? Does it lead you to a login page, or something else? 

Once you've logged in, what appears?

If you're having trouble accessing the support options by logging in, then I would recommend trying this through Google Incognito mode, or another browser such as Safari.

Hello,

once I click on the link, I logged in and then I have to select the shop
and then this appears: Search for a topic so we can connect you with the
right articles and support teams

I searched a lot but i don't know what to type exactly to find the
solution . I thought there is a specific support that can solve each one
problem, that's why I asked you.

Thank you for the context. I would advise typing in "Payouts on hold" to see if that provides different results. If you scroll to the bottom of the screen after viewing the applicable help documents, do you see a contact support option?

You will need to go through the help centre in order to have this resolved as I can not authenticate your account from the Community Forums. If you're still having issues, I would recommend trying the following: 

  • Clear browser cache/cookies, restart the browser and try again 
  • Try Google Chrome Incognito mode
  • Try a different browser 

One of the above methods may help resolve the issue you're experiencing when trying to create a support ticket.

mine has done the same thing but 5 days now. I would be be on piss. My link just takes me to a help area and when I reach out all they could tell me was wait. Really has me worried since you have had this for 2 months. I have turn off there payments now and I will let others make the fees off me if they want to do this.
