hello , 

I want to insert the number of my company in shopify payment but they accept them because the number does not respect the format set by the shopify site

my company is domiciled in England so i don't know if the company number
is not accepted by shopify payments

Thank you. I know that in the UK we will request either a business identification or registration number if you're not registering as a sole proprietor. The registration number is 8 digits long and typically starts with 0. Have you tried removing the 0 and using the other 7 digits?

Thank you . i'm no registering as sole proprietor , and the company number
and the tax identification number are the both not accepted
