"Out of Stock" when it really is not

Hoping to hear from someone ASAP. 

I created a Permalink for an online product, did everything correctly (I've been using permalinks for years)...yet when I click on the Permalink URL it says my product is out of stock...which it is not.

Really hoping someone can help!

Thank you for reaching out regarding this. Is this item showing as out of stock when a customer comes to it from a regular channel - i.e. if you go through the store to find the product is it displaying as out of stock or is it exclusively the permalink? Could you please share this permalink in this thread so that we can take a look?

With my Shopify account I don't have a store...I only use permalinks.
