what theme are you using?

You can edit your search template in your theme files.
Go to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit code.
Then look for search.liquid in the Templates folder. Read the code in that file. You'll either find those elements, or a snippet leading to them. Trace the path then remove them.
Make sure to edit this on a backup theme and preview before publishing (to make sure you don't break any layouts).
