When reaching out to our support here, if you are unable to log in please select the option that you do not have a store. From there, you will connect to our support and they can help you with any account related issues once you are verified through the chat/call.

To connect with our Support Team when you're having trouble logging in, please select the option that you do not have a store instead of logging in.
This will allow you to connect with our Support Team without logging in! Once you are connected, you will go through a manual authentication process with the Support Advisor then they can look into your account to determine the issue you are experiencing.

However, there isn't an option that says I don't have a store - and continuing without logging in brings me to the shopify community.
This is what I'm seeing, look:

Then I enter my store name:
Then this is what I see:
