To whom it will may concern, 
my name is Ayoub Talidi, I changed my paiement card in the billing section to another card and I’m surprised receiving that my store is unavailable, and i don’t know why

Sorry to hear that your store is unavailable at the moment. There are a few reasons this could be happening but as it is account specific I will need to verify you as the store owner to take a closer look. In order to do so, I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I will investigate further for you.
