URGENT !!
I have (had) 2 accounts one is alive one is ""shopify account unavailable""
Q's :

Why ? 

Why no possibility to log in any more?
Why the chat serv.  24/7   is jumping van 0 minutes back to 35 / 40 and after that from 0 again to 30 / 35 etc?
I need to confirm shipments to avoid problems with MY clients 
What is this for service ? or is the shop hacked?
Pls confirm asap. as i loose sales and probably clients 
whats is the problem? 
pls confirm your earliest PLEASE!

If you can share links to your affected stores here with us, we can take a quick look to see what we can determine from here.

 

We may need to then proceed via email in order to discuss specifics of your accounts securely, but the first thing we can do is to get the stores in question here so we can see what we can see there.

I can see where you had contacted us via email about this already, and that this has been escalated to the relevant specialist team on ticket number 17861325.

 

This is the only place where you will be able to get more info on this issue as that is the correct department for investigating this further.

 

Bear in mind that we are facing a huge volume of contact at the moment, so our turnaround time is longer than we would like currently.

 

The best place to keep an eye out for an update will be your email inbox as you'll get a reply from the team handling this there in due course.
