shopify billing failed

I am a beginner in this large community, yesterday i tried to pay my shopify bill wich is 29$ after finishing my 14 days free trial but i was surprised that the transaction failed !! even tho my bank account is balanced and i have funds ! they have tolf me that have to retry the transaction on february 16.

I don't know what's wrong and I am affraid that the transaction will fail again and i will lose my store :(((((

Please I really need your help in this subject. Help me i am so stressed

I'd be only too happy to take a look into what might have happened with your first payment attempt internally.

Could you confirm the URL for the store in question so I can check a few things out there?

If you could also share some info on the payment method you wanted to use (credit card, PayPal, etc) and any other info you have about the issue that will help us to work on this together.
