Thanks for your question, I'm happy to help. I haven’t seen a pop-up feature in the Shopify admin to edit a product before. Currently, products can only be edited from the Shopify admin. When you login to your Shopify admin, you’ll see text that says, “Products” on the left side, once you click on this, you will see a list of products in your store. Here’s what this looks like on my test store:
If you click on a product name, you will be taken to a page to edit the product details, like this:
