status ssl pending

Hello

I have the SSL status pending for my domain since September 2020. can anyone assist me with solving this?

I'm happy to help with the SSL pending issue you're experiencing. When a domain is connected to Shopify, provided the domain is set up correctly, SSL will be automatically provisioned on the domain in question. If a domain is purchased through Shopify, the set up will be completed automatically. If the domain is purchased from a third-party provider, there may still be an automatic set up option, but if not you'll need to manually set up the domain. We have some more information in our Help Center on setting up a third-party domain for use on Shopify

Where did you purchase your domain? If it was a third-party purchase, could you please let me know how you initially set it up?
