I have had a look at that ticket number for you and I can see your ticket has been escalated to our internal operations team. They are the only team at the moment who can help you with your store when it can't be accessed. They will do a full account review for a variety of reasons, usually to re-confirm the account owners details. It can take a few business days but I assure you they will reach out to you by email as soon as the review has been completed. I will let them know that you have reached out again here and ask them to check it out with the highest priority.
