store said unavailable after purchase

hello, I am in desperate need of some help it had been over a week since I have purchased a plan for my store and it still says that it is unavailable. Please help!!!

Ted here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us! 

It sounds as though your store might be under review with our Risk Department. This review is standard for new accounts so Shopify can make sure the store is compliant with our Terms of Service before it's published. Reviews can take a few days to complete but if you have spoken with one of our Support Advisors previously, then it's already with the correct team. If not, please reply back to my private email so I can authenticate your account and raise this further.
