I am trying to connect my domain in shopify the system throws an error :

It appears as though the custom domain you are trying to add to your account is attached to a different Shopify store. Have you previously added the domain to a different account? If so, you can transfer the domain to your new Shopify store as mentioned in this guide. If not, our staff can assist by verifying that you are the domain owner and have it removed from the other account. If this applies to you, please let me know and I'll pop you an email privately to help authenticate those details.

Once you click the link for the support team, log in and follow the steps, then add something to the search box and click "Search"
Once you click search you will see a button at the bottom of the page to contact support that looks like this:
Click continue to take you to a screen which gives you the support options such as live-chat, e-mail or callback:
Can you try and open it on a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox) or in an incognito mode and see if it opens for you then. Because we can't assist with store specific issues in the community right now, I'm unable to look into your store admin about this and it requires someone to investigate that further.
