Great question. The Syncee developers have actually put together a useful FAQ about their app, which you can access under the Support section of the app's About page. There, I managed to find some information on order routing and it sounds like they require you to place orders manually through each supplier during the fulfillment process.
It looks like Syncee has quite a ton of excellent reviews and the developers even offer support via live chat, which can be accessed directly from the FAQ linked above. This can definitely be worth taking advantage of if you have any more questions about using this particular app.
