Your DNS settings are not set up with your domain provider. Your A record needs to be pointed at Shopify's IP address which is 220.127.116.11. Your CNAME needs to be pointed at shops.myshopify.com. This guide explains more about how to set up third-party domains.

Hi @Aria, im having trouble trying to unfreeze my account, my shop is temporary down. my free trail expired and I purchased my url with Shopify but now its not letting me choose a plan or see me work can you please help me ?
