Add anchor link in Icon theme

Hi

I have added a down arrow on my homepage and now I need to add anchor to the bottom of the first gallery row and make the down arrow clickable to that anchor but I am lost where to add everything - I am sure this is a quick change for an expert!! please help https://contemporary-judaica.myshopify.com/
