By the looks of what you are wanting to do you are going to want to use Bold Product Options. It is available in the Shopify App store so it is fully compatible with your shopify store. It will be a paid app, but any app that would do what you are looking for will be a paid app. Just because it is so specific.
If you are changing up the menus each week does that mean you are using a recurring payments system? If you don't have one set up then I have some great suggestions for you!

Bold Subscriptions is from the same company who created Bold Product Options. They are a very reliable company and are one of my personal favorites.
My Third suggestion is Subscriptions by ReCharge
These are all great options so any one that you pick you can feel good about. At this point it is just about you picking your personal favorite. If you don't like these options then there are more in the Shopify App store. However, I would say these are my three top picks.
For a bit of a morale boost and some inspiration I have attached this link to a blog post that you might find interesting. It really goes into more detail on how recurring billing can help to keep your stores revenue even.
It is also from Bold's blog. I think you can see the pattern of one of the leaders in recurring payments.
