We’re looking for a superstar product manager to help launch new and grow our existing online stores.

About you

  • You're an experienced in e-commerce or retail with a firm understanding of what it takes to plan, source and market products and how to manage the supply chain.

  • You want to work somewhere that shares your values, will reward hard work and innovation and where you can take responsibility to help it grow.

  • And you love YouTube, watch a lot of Twitch, update your Instagram regularly and understand what’s happening in video games and entertainment.

  • This isn’t your average role - you’ll be helping to shape our approaches and join at an exciting time of growth for the business.

The role

  • You will be working in the services team to help manage e-commerce operations and stores for our clients – ranging from YouTubers and streamers to entertainment and games brands.


  • Evaluate and product lines and ensure that we are creating high quality and profitable merch for our partners.

  • Work with clients to understand their influencer and e-commerce needs.

  • Sourcing products and ensuring they are delivered to the warehouse on time and in good order.

  • Keep and update a roster of merchandise suppliers who match our high standards and deliver on their SLAs.

  • Innovate with some new, interesting and profitable merchandise (not just apparel).

  • Agree on product objectives, timelines and budgets with product director.

  • Day-to-day management of multiple projects simultaneously for a variety of creator and brand accounts.

  • Manage direct staff, including setting quarterly objectives and overseeing training and development plans.

  • Completion of all project documentation with the associated internal administration.

  • Completion of all financial aspects of project management.
