Categories and subcategories

I don't understand programming and HTML codes at all. Is there chance I created myself categories and subcategories somewhere on the left side of the page, where I could list my items easily? I thought it would be easily but it appeared to be very difficult.

Or maybe someone could do it for me, of course for some payment?
