Checkout page customization

We bought a shopify theme from theme store. But very disappointed with the coding and styling.

We do not like the checkout page at all. Is there any one can help us to customize the checkout page?

We are on tight budget. Not sure how the job board works.

Willing to pay 50$ max for the customization.
