Convert a Photoshop layout to Shopify

Googling for custom built Shopify themes doesn't really turn up many results.  I've found a couple, but most of them seem scammy or are charging an arm and a leg for a prepackaged theme.

I have a very simple layout I put together in Photoshop, but I'm no CSS expert and I'd like to get it converted to something I can use with Shopify.

(I also need the same layout converted to TypePad, if you're interested!)
