This will be a website selling goods produced exclusively in Gloucester, a destination community. The idea is to aggregate "Main Street" vendors and other Mom and Pop shops otherwise without online presences or e-com sites. Site will generate revenue and also stand to promote local goods.
Requirements:
- Homepage design should look like the attached file.
- Need blog functionality, ideally, but we can work this in offsite.
- Will need ability to sort per product line and also provide vendors with their own URL (www.gloucestergoods.com/pamlally , for example). This is the crux of the job here.
- Internal Pages should be very clean and the design should be informed by the homepage look. I like the Shopify Free theme "Moderno" (and "Solo") but I need the "look" to work with the attached images which often have a background and which display more of a "lifestyle" and less of a product alone.
- Need this to be super easy to update and add new vendors, products, etc.
- Need a "out of stock" quantity feature. Not sure if Shopify does this automatically. An "on hand" thing?
