We are looking for a new member of our Customer Success team, preferably located in North America (or a similar time zone). This remote role is ideal for someone who loves Shopify and helping other merchants.
Things you will do
You'll be providing customer and technical support to our clients (99% via chat or email), integrating our apps (mainly Candy Rack and Gift Box) into their templates, investigating possible incompatibilities, and answering their questions. Your goal will be to keep merchants happy and satisfied with our apps. As we're a small team you'll be working with all of us.
This could be either a full-time or part-time position. You will need to take initiative and ownership while having minimal supervision.
Most of our clients are in North America so we are looking for someone based in the appropriate time zone.
