FILLED - Looking For: Theme / Vision Developer

I'm looking for a rails / liquid / vision developer to build a custom theme for one of my clients. Design has already been completed. You will be responsible for:

1. Slicing assets from well organized PSDs (screens for each page type also provided as a reference)

2. HTML / CSS.

3. Liquid / Vision.

4. Committing code to a Git repo I've setup for this project.

Budget: Around $1,000 CDN. We can discuss after you've seen the design if you think that's unreasonable.
