I need a graphic designer or developer to create an HTML Banner for my Shopify storefront. The site is currently under construction. This should be a quit job job for an experience person. I do have other work that is more along the programmer domain and will post those requirements next week.
I hoping a person can work this small project ASAP (today or this weekend). I'm looking for a rotating banner, with fade-in for image and text (rotation of 4 images.) Thanks.
