Since our launch in 2010, our mission has been to bring fashionable and affluent locals unique product and designers. We are constantly seeking out the latest and niche brands and bringing them exclusively to Las Vegas.The design aesthetic of the store, website, and our social media platforms connects the ideologies of what is important to us, and what we consider to be ‘All Things Good’: Fashion Music, and Art. Top level customer service is our priority at Feature. We create a connection with clientele by engaging them on a personal level and captivating them visually with our online store and social media.

Fast-forward to today, Feature has become a world-renowned destination shopping experience with our expanded and remodeled location. Our creative office houses our own photographers, studio, development, media, and buying teams. We also have a separate distribution center for our customer service team and logistics. All of our vendors and designers are carefully curated for our guests and clientele, and we aim to have like-minded partners that we may mature with.

 

Sr. Manager / Director of Ecommerce Job Description:

The Director of Ecommerce is an integral part of Feature’s success, managing revenue and optimization of our website, as well as content and storytelling. This position reports to the CEO and is aligned with the companies omni-channel strategy. The Director of Ecommerce is a hybrid who is both a creative marketer and an Ecommerce expert.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· Build strategies to ensure customer acquisition and traffic sources are optimal

· Create and maintain annual budgets; manage monthly budget and P&L

· Obsessively drive improvements to all digital KPIs

· Define integrated marketing calendar with stories and campaigns; ensure that the team is aligned and adheres to this plan across all channels

· Oversee performance marketing channels with strategic approach to managing high ROI (paid search, paid social, display advertising, retargeting, and affiliates). Manage relationships with third party contractors who assist in managing campaigns.

· Build world-class email marketing program

· Oversee measurement, reporting, and analytics for all Ecommerce initiatives

· Build and execute robust SEO strategy that includes technical and content marketing considerations

· Collaboratively lead user experience and web design initiatives with our design and UI/UX teams

· Understand developing Ecommerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new website features and applications

· Launch and maintain localized websites in key international regions

· Own relationships and contracts with digital service providers

· Optimize and maintain Google Analytics tagging

· Maintain Google Shopping feed

· Develop sales and unit forecast in collaboration demand planners

· Execute A/B testing to optimize conversion, AOV and UPT

· Oversee enhancements to the core Ecommerce application and related peripheral systems, including integration, maintenance and support

· Build strategy to increase conversion for non-limited release products

· Communicate technical requirements to engineers and manage delivery timelines and costs

· Own relationship with Shopify client success manager to make continual improvements to DTC strategy

· Ensure all webpages and websites are launched only after thorough QA

· Oversee roadmap and integration in collaboration with IT team for all digital technologies and services

· Understand developing e-commerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities and recommend new website products for the company

· Provide weekly performance report to executive team for all channels

· Always keeps our core and outreach audiences in mind when developing strategies

· Carefully follows the Feature style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy of all content

· Works with a sense of urgency, particularly when dealing with timely content and user engagement

· Flexible and works well when having to pick up new projects on the fly

· Sees projects through from beginning to end

· Is organized and thorough

· Works well under pressure

 

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

· 4+ years experience managing Ecommerce for consumer products brand

· Experience building and managing teams

· Background or interest in footwear industry preferred
