JOB FILLED/Developer needed for Customizations

I'm looking for  help with a couple of customizations to my site http://formaliving.myshopify.com so that it is more consistent with its parents sites http://www.formaliving.com and http://products.formaliving.com

Here are the two most urgent items I would like help with:

• image mapping the upper menu items

• inserting one large picture on the opening page of my shopify site (As you will see, I have experimented on my own with not good results.)
