Looking for Facebook & Google ads expert

Jessy here, I own a female clothing Shopify store and I am looking for a Google & Facebook ads expert, for now I rely only on manual social sharing on Facebook groups, facebook page, instagram posting + orders coming through my SEO optimized blog template :

Here are brief details about my business :

• Platform : Shopify
• Premium theme : Plak theme
• Current gross revenue : 20000 - 25000$
• Average selling price : 60$
• Average profit/item : 30%
• On business since : March 2020

Targeting audience :

• Gender : Female only
• Countries : USA & Canada only
• Maximum daily budget on both Fb & Google ads : 150$

Job details 

• Experience : Minimum 2 years (provide me with examples of your past work done on other Shopify stores)
• Salary : 15$/hour
• Commission : 5% commission for every successful order coming through the paid ads
