Looking for Shopify expert to help a complete novice.

I need help, I already have a Shopify store set up (set up by a friend). And I want to start selling a product that I already have but I don’t have a clue how to take it forward. I am not very IT savvy (must be an age thing), so I would need someone who is very,very patient. I would prefer someone who is based in the UK and has experience of Shopify for the UK market.

I want to start selling personalised items on Shopify such as Coffee Mugs, T shirts, Jigsaw Puzzles etc where my customers use their own photographs and words to personalise the items. I initially want to use suppliers such as TShirtstudio.com and Contrado.co.uk who would produce the personalised items and post out directly to my customers.
