Looking for developer to new store

We want to sell prescription eyeglasses as an online extension of our brick and mortar store.  Current site is brankvision.com, thought we do have a very basic shopify site as well.

We would like a site that is similar to lookmatic.com. 

The critical pieces are:

-allowing for at least two photos of the eyeglass frame

-ability to enter eyeglass lens prescription numbers

-ability to select lens add-ons and frame color

-we would to be able to select glasses add-ons and options in a linear way (rather than a huge pool of options) similar to lookmatic.com

-we also need a way for the buyer to upload a picture of their prescription or an option for us to call his/her doctor
