Looking for developer to repair plugin

Hi there,
We have developed a custom plug in for fulfilment of orders that need to be fulfilled via email.

This has stopped working- but we have no idea why!
We have instructions on how to troubleshoot and investigate the issues, however we don't have the skills in house to manage the troubleshooting. 

We are looking for a developer who is well versed in Shopify to assist us in getting the plug in working again and find out why this has occurred, as well as put some processes in place to avoid this occurring in the future.
