More Data Under Product Name On Checkout Page

We are looking to hire someone who can add sqft information underneath the product in the checkout screen like this screenshot. Is this possible and how fast can someone turn it around?

The number should go to two decimal places to the right.

Additionally, we would want the following text "$#.## price per square foot" in the same area.
