Need Artist Submission section and Sales Tracker added to site. Can anyone do this?

 I am basically looking to have a Artist profile page added to my site.  This page would allow an artist to submit artowrk to me for approval, show a sales tracker if we sell their product and also allow them to write up a short bio about their self as well as a photo.
