Need help with bundle / selling a collection

Hello there,

I'm looking for someone with liquid and javascript expertise to help me with a client site. We need to sell a collection of skus as one product (but be able to track the inventory of the individual skus on the back end). Looking for a solution similar in many ways the one implemented on fortunecookiesoaps:

http://www.fortunecookiesoap.com/products/create-a-set

My client's site is www.churchmouseyarns.com, and we use a modified 'prettify' theme. We're building some 'kits' that will allow knitters to buy patterns and associated yarns as bundles. I need help just on a collection or product page template to allow a kit to be added to cart, and I would handle all the UI/CSS design.

We need to find a developer by October 20, 2010, if possible.

Please respond to drew@pharos.net.

Thanks,

Andrew H

Oh, one more note on the example we want to emulate (fortunecookiesoap.com): it's not that we want to be able to drag items to an area to make the collection. Our collection will be predefined. The behavior we want is what's on the checkout page; the individual products are listed (without prices), under the bundle name, which does display a price. Multiple SKUS, being sold as a collection with one price. THAT'S what we're looking to accomplish!

Thanks,

Andrew

Mike,

The client is waffling a bit on the specific functionality they want; regardless, I still need someone really comfortable with Javascript and Liquid. If that describes you, can I talk to you about some different scenarios? I see you're in the UK; maybe we could correspond via email or Skype.

Thanks,

Andrew
