Need "Image with Text" Option Added to Envy Homepage

Hi,

I am looking to add an "Image with Text" option (just like the one found as an option on the District Theme Homepage) to my Homepage (Envy Theme).  Is anyone available to do this (what I'm thinking is a quick thing) tonight?
