Product Builder for tailor-made boots (example in the post)

Hi,

I have a client that has a lot of variants to their products (tailor-made leather boots for racing).

I need help with a product builder similar to this one https://www.gibsonsaddlers.com/product/saddle-designer/030000003047/ (Click start designing to see how it works)

I've found some plugins but I'd rather consider getting it developed for us so I'm looking for a quotation for this work.

Example for the boot with most options

Product name: Boot 1

Colour Leather: 4 colours

Colour Trim Top: 10 colours

Colour Trim Ankle Patch: 15 colours

Colour Trim Toes: 10 colours

Colour Trim Back Strap: 10 colours

FYI: I got some quotations for this work to proceed with, so thanks to everyone that got in touch with ideas/quotations.

For the ones that want to use an app for this here's a free trial that a lot of the responses I got suggest: https://apps.shopify.com/customization-tool (I've not tried it so don't know if/how it works and integrates or affects the page speed)
