Seeking to hire someone to write a custom code for my packing slips

I would like to hire someone that can write code to make me a customized packing slip template.  I have been unable to customize it to my needs using the basic Shopify template or any apps, so I am seeking an expert's help.  I just need a code that I can paste in the packing slip template section.  I have designed my desired packing slip in this google doc.
