For disapproved accounts, make sure to follow policies first. It is common for new merchants to connect to Google Merchant Center and not reading the requirements.

Thank you for sharing links. I thought I did everything . Tried it so many times and tired of it. If only, it says exactly what is wrong I can attend and fix. Its hundered things to look into. Thought Shopify can guide me. I do not mind paying shopify expert to look into and point what is wrong. Now have many merchant and ad accounts, since closing and opening new one.
The reality is, you will never resolve your issue that way. Creating multiple google merchant center accounts, websites, google ads accounts, will all be historically tracked. When you have a violation you need to resolve the original issue, by creating a new account, you are not removing this issue. And will lead to a potential permanent suspension.
The only way to resolve the issue is to work on the original, website and accounts. Regardless if you know how to resolve it is beside the matter.
