Shopify Developer Needed

I am looking for a shopify developer to tweak my home page. the shop and interface is complete, but we are looking at allowing cutomers to select their city, showing deals within the city they live - the overall catalog will remain the same for all cities, only the deals will differ - anyone who can help me tweak this would be fantastic. A small box on the home page to select city - we can start with two or three and expand as we grow.
