The live product example is https://theworldreflected.com/products/river-etive-falls-acrylic

Right I can help you you tie the others together like:

https://theworldreflected.com/collections/acrylic-prints/products/river-etive-falls-acrylic?variant=...

https://theworldreflected.com/collections/framed-prints/products/river-etive-falls-acrylic

https://theworldreflected.com/collections/metal-prints/products/river-etive-falls-acrylic

Even if the current products navigation/url isn't on the collection path.

For estimate and clarifications email me per prior post, or private message me here on the forum with your contact info.

Could this be handled in Ruby or would something like this slow the page down too much? Is there a difference if the code just stipulates the filter such as match on product title or what it work faster to use meta?

Or Java?

Any advice

Its basically a related products section but matching on product title.

What your job post describes is handled the theme files which is the liquid templating language.

Involving other languages to tie the frontend together just overcomplicates and if you don't know how to do it in liquid doing it in ruby wouldn't be any easier.

Ruby/Java could be used with the api to automating creating the products I.A. but that is a different scope

Was starting to feel like it complex code / conditional logic needed that it would slow the pages down too much.

When a site references an asset as a # and that makes an update to the page without it reloading is that Java?

Like here

Anyway what’s next?

WIll you be able/wanto to do it?

Thanks

Hey Ouy_net,

What you can do is set up a collection the schema of the collection page section for as many collection you would like to use.

When you are going to use the image, you can place the image as a background-image of the link tag.

<a href="" style="background-image: url("{{ section.settings.image | img_url: '300x300' }}"/>

Hop this helps!
