Venture Theme - Need help of developer

Hello,

We own www.outdoorinfinity.com and are in need some assistance as our site is not qorking quite the way it should be.  The following are issues we are facing and are hoping to find help for.

1.  Our rotating image on the home page doesn't always load.  Sometimes it is just a big grey box.  Usually after several browser refreshes the issue is resolved but it really shouldn't be happening in the first place.

2.  Our site search functionality seemed to have disappeared.  We would like it back.

3.  The drop down menu doesn't always work on both mobile and desktop.  Once it stops working and you click on something it takes you to the page and doesn't provide you with the drop down menu with additional navigation links.  Can we fix this so that it always works?

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
