two theme issues need repair

My name is Terri, I've taken over the maintenance of a Shopify store (Mother Natures Naturals) for a client after others set up the original theme. There are 2 issues I can't solve.

1 . On page load to the site, there's something wonky with the Main Slideshow because all 4 images stack on top of each other and then settle back to running one at a time on the slideshow. Each access to Homepage produces same issue with slideshow.

2. The product images in the shopping page are grayed out and difficult to see.
