Automating trial-to-full purchase conversion rate and purchase lag

Considering Shopify Plus. Does anyone know whether we'd be able to use Flow to generate reporting on % of customers converting from trial kit purchase to full product purchase as well as the tracking average lag time between the purchases? 

Any other thoughts on getting this data automated would be appreciated !

Hi @JonasPaul 

What I'd probably do in this scenario is tag each customer that orders a trial kit and create a record on a Google Sheet table (timestamp, customer email, order no. etc). You can then track if a new purchase contains both a tagged customer and a full product and add that info to the same Google Sheet. Then with a bit of spreadsheet knowledge (and a few VLOOKUP functions), you can match the two entries and get the exact time between purchases. Gather all the data and then you have yourself an average.

What that would look like, is something like this:
