corporate customer tag flow

I would like to set up a flow to tag a customer as a corporate customer if it seems they are buying gifts for clients. After the tag has been added the flow would send an email to a team member. Any ideas on how this can be accomplished? I've tried to set this up a couple of different ways with no success. In some cases the customer adds their company name, sometimes they don't. It would be nice to auto tag customers who fill out the company name and if there is an order over a certain size to tag for review and manually add the tag if it seems to match.
