We often have customers asking for a color / size or specific item we don't stock but can custom order. It would be great if Shopify could add a SKU field to the Quick Sale feature so that when it gets pulled into accounting it would have the SKU in the proper location. Right now our only option is to type the SKU and description in the Title field.

I think you make an excellent point. I just wanted to let you know that I've submitted a feature request to our developers on your behalf. While I don't have any ETA on when that option will become available, I think your current strategy is the best workaround at the moment. Thanks so much for your patience in the meantime.
