POS Abandoned Orders

This has been happening for a long time now and it needs to finally stop: POS is randomly submitting in-store orders as abandoned checkouts. 

 

I'm not sure why this keeps happening as the orders that come up as abandoned from POS are actually completed sales. 

 

It's therefore making it impossible for me to have automated abandoned cart emails for my online store because I cannot be sending emails to customers who were in my physical store and actually made a purchase. 

 

When will this be fixed?

Doing research to see if shopify POS is a suitable solution for our retail store - has this problem been fixed for you?

POS orders still show up in the abandoned cart area, but automated abandoned cart emails are never sent to these customers. The online emails get sent as they should. It works.
