POS not Working

Hi, I'm in a 14 days trial but I choose a Lite Plan, I set up my Point of Sale and when I try to open the POS app on my iPhone say I need to Upgrade my plan and then say "something wrong during import".

Katy here from Shopify. I hope all is well with you, and thank you for reaching out.

That does appear to be a little strange. The POS app is compatible with all plans - including the Shopify Lite plan. 



I have sent you an email so that I can check on your account with you, to help determine what may be causing this. In the mean time if you could ensure that your device software is up-to-date too, that would be great.


Do please reply to me when you can and we can have a closer look into this.
