This is the absolute most mind blowing thing about Shopify POS that I have come across (besides there being no desktop support for POS).
Why in the world do we not have the option to select an order, click refund, and SCAN in their returns?
Why do we have to manually scroll through their entire order, find the SKU, select the quantity, wait for a refresh, click "add another return", scroll through their entire order, find the SKU, select the quantity etc etc.
Shopify support was extremely unhelpful and gave me their standard "we'll suggest this feature!" response. Odd that this would even be considered a "feature".
Is there any workaround to this?
