New POS integration actions required cart data.

We are providing Loyalty And Reward application in totally different ways.
We do have integration with OLD POS which is working awesome.

We are providing spent rules based on current cart products and values.

In new POS integration, there are no cart data available as per the below document.

We must need Cart data to check which rule should be used in the current cart and how much Credit Balance can be used by the current customer.

Does anyone face the same issue?
How we can resolve it and integrate with new POS.
