Can I Quote not order?

Hi everybody, 

Can I use the POS system to quote and not to order, the customer might just  want something to take home and think over. We sell signs and banners, so customers often require quotes.

Hey Herman,

You could use our layaway system to do a pending or partially paid order for the customer, then delete the order if the customer doesn't end up going with the order.

For the Online side, you can try the Sufio for Shopify app, it automatically creates invoices for all orders in your store. Invoices can be then automatically emailed to your customers, or you can download or print them as PDF documents.
